Gingerbread Cookies Recipe Without Molasses

1. Put honey, sugar, and spices in a saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

3. Remove from heat. Add baking soda, and stir.

4. Add butter, one egg and mix everything.

5. Add sifted flour and make a dough ball.

6. Roll the dough to 5mm thickness

7. Chill the dough for 1 hour in refrigerator

7. Cut out the cookies and bake!
