Gingerbread Cookies Recipe Without Molasses

1. Melt honey, sugar and spices over medium heat.

2. Remove from heat. Add baking soda, and stir.

3. Add butter, one egg and stir well.

4. Add sifted flour and knead the mixture.

5. Make a dough  ball.

6. Roll the dough to 5mm thickness

7. Chill the dough for 1 hour in refrigerator

7. Cut out the cookies and bake!
