with Italian Salad Dressing

Prepare the ingredients by rinsing, draining and cutting, and set aside.

Take a bowl, and add lettuce, sliced onion, diced artichoke hearts, and pimentos.

Toss everything using a tong to mix everything well.

Take another bowl, and add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.

Add the pasta house salad dressing over salad and toss it again.

Now add Parmigiano cheese over salad, mix and chill for at least 10 minutes, and serve with grilled chicken or with your favorite dinners.
