In a soup pot, heat butter on medium flame and cook onion until it changes its color.

Then add minced garlic and seasonings.

Add chicken broth, raw chicken breast pieces, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Cover the pot and simmer it on medium to low flame until the chicken is cooked.

Separately, cook the pasta according to package directions. 

If you want to cook it in the soup, add 1 cup of additional broth.

Remove the chicken from the soup, shred it using forks, and add it back to the broth.

Whisk cream and cornstarch and add this slurry into the soup

Add cooked cooked noodles and spinach.

Serve hot topped with cheese!
