Smoked Queso Recipe

1. Preheat the Pit Boss Smoker to 225°F (107°C)

2. prepare cheese, onion and jalapeño.  

3. In a nonstick aluminum pan, and combine all ingredients of queso.

4. let the queso smoke for 2 hours in preheated smoker. 

5. stir occasionally, serve when ready!
