1. Process flour with salt, & butter.

2. Wrap the dough and chill.

3. chop onion, and prepare the veggies.

4. Heat butter,  Sauté onion, garlic.

5. Cook mushrooms and spinach.

6. Drain excess water. 

7. Roll the dough to 1/8th inch thick.

8. Spread dough in pan and trim the edges.
