Preparation
  1. Mince the garlic, chop the green onions, and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces.
  2. Sauté the chicken until golden brown on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken. Stir well to coat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and caramelize slightly.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add veggies such as broccoli or bell peppers during cooking. For a spicy kick, include red pepper flakes. You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp.
