Preparation
- Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, blend the cream of chicken soup with the chicken broth until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Evenly spoon the stuffing mix over the chicken and broth, gently pressing it down.
Cooking
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low. Cook for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is tender and the stuffing is fluffy.
Serving
- Once done, shred the chicken lightly with two forks, mixing it into the stuffing, and serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for longer storage. Reheat before serving.
