- In a mixing bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat them well.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate overnight and experiment with different spices like cayenne or lemon zest. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer.
