Preparation
  1. Pat the boneless skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and any dried herbs you've chosen.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs and sprinkle the seasoning mix. Massage it into the meat thoroughly.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
