Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to achieve perfect crunch.
  2. Toss wings in a large bowl with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd them.
  3. Air fry the wings for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Melt butter in a bowl and mix in buffalo sauce until combined while the wings cook.
  5. Once the wings are done, carefully remove them and toss in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Serving
  1. Plate the wings and serve hot, with celery and carrots on the side if desired.

Notes

Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-8 minutes. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer for up to 2-3 months.
