Preparation
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to achieve perfect crunch.
- Toss wings in a large bowl with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd them.
- Air fry the wings for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Melt butter in a bowl and mix in buffalo sauce until combined while the wings cook.
- Once the wings are done, carefully remove them and toss in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Serving
- Plate the wings and serve hot, with celery and carrots on the side if desired.
Notes
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-8 minutes. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer for up to 2-3 months.
