Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken pieces into the seasoning mix until each piece is well-coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Check for doneness; there should be no pink inside. Add Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes if desired.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
