Preparation
  1. Rinse and pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Breading
  1. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip it into the eggs, and then cover it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
  3. Air fry for 6 minutes, flip carefully, spray again, and cook for another 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Once cooked, remove the tenders and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or BBQ. Avoid overcrowding the basket for an even cook and crispy finish.
