Preparation
- Rinse and pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels.
- Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Breading
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip it into the eggs, and then cover it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6 minutes, flip carefully, spray again, and cook for another 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the tenders and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or BBQ. Avoid overcrowding the basket for an even cook and crispy finish.
