Preparation
- Rinse and pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the wings, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until well coated.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway.
- Once cooked, transfer the wings to a clean bowl and sprinkle the grated parmesan over them while they're still hot.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For varying flavors, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat, or glaze with honey for a sweet twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
