Preparation
- Rinse the salmon under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Slice the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- In the last minute, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
- Remove the salmon bites and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or dill.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes. Consider letting the seasoned salmon marinate for 15-30 minutes before cooking for deeper flavor.
