  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Adds warmth; adjust for heat preference.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential seasonings.
  • as needed Fresh herbs for garnish (like dill or parsley) Adds color and freshness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Once cooked, carefully remove the bites and garnish with fresh herbs, lemon wedges, and additional seasoning if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider adding cayenne for spiciness, infusing citrus zest, or swapping herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
