- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Open your can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, layer the biscuit pieces evenly.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon on top of the biscuit pieces, followed by your shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the entire dish, ensuring everything is well coated and combined.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can mix in fresh herbs, jalapeños, or even cream cheese for a richer texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
