- Slide the dish into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Take the dish out and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the chicken.
- Return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and turn light golden brown.
- Once done, sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for freshness and a pop of color.
