Ingredients
  

For the Skewers
  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil Essential for grilling.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances the overall flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds smokiness and color.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 3-4 skewers Wooden or metal skewers Soak wooden skewers before use.
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Base of the sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Boosts flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut your chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, paprika, oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a separate bowl. Adjust Sriracha to taste.
Cooking
  1. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for around 5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serving
  1. Drizzle skewers with Bang Bang sauce before serving.

Notes

For added spice, include cayenne in the marinade. Mix in colorful veggies onto skewers for extra nutrition.
