Preparation
- Cut your chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, paprika, oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a separate bowl. Adjust Sriracha to taste.
Cooking
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for around 5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serving
- Drizzle skewers with Bang Bang sauce before serving.
Notes
For added spice, include cayenne in the marinade. Mix in colorful veggies onto skewers for extra nutrition.
