- Dust the salmon pieces in flour, dip in the egg, and then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the coated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
- Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over the baked bites or serve it on the side for dipping.
