Ingredients

Marinade and Meat
  • 1 lb Beef (sirloin or tenderloin, cubed) A lean cut that caramelizes beautifully on the grill.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Helps keep the skewers juicy and enhances the flavors.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Adds aroma and depth of flavor.
  • 1 tsp Paprika Brings a smoky nuance to the kabobs.
  • 1 tsp Salt Essential for balancing the flavors.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Essential for balancing the flavors.
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (red, yellow, green, chopped) Adds vibrant color and sweetness.
  • 1 medium Red Onion (chopped) For a zesty kick that contrasts wonderfully with the meat.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Juicy pops of flavor that make every bite a joy.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cubed beef, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes for maximum flavor.
  2. While the meat is marinating, chop the bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Skewering and Grilling
  1. On wooden or metal skewers, alternate threading the marinated beef and vegetables. Feel free to get creative with the color arrangement!
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill.
  3. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until your beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. Once cooked, remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes to ensure the juices settle in.

Notes

Consider adding zucchini or mushrooms for an extra layer of flavor. For those who enjoy heat, toss in some jalapeños or use a spicy marinade for an exciting twist. Serve with fluffy rice, Greek salad, or tzatziki sauce for balance.
