Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets and half of the cheddar cheese, along with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together until smooth. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and cheese, making sure everything is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze individual portions for up to three months. Before serving, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and consider adding fresh herbs on top.
