Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the lobster tails down the middle, stopping just before the end.
Butter Mixture
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and let it infuse for about 2–3 minutes.
Seasoning and Broiling
  1. Mix in the paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
  2. Brush the butter mixture generously onto the lobster meat.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
  4. Broil for 10–15 minutes, basting occasionally with the butter sauce.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the lobster in the butter mixture for 30 minutes before broiling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
