Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Lobster tails Fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For color and flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Broiler: Set your oven to high broil.
  2. Prepare the Lobster Tails: Use kitchen shears to cut the shells down the middle, exposing the delicious meat.
  3. Make the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the Meat: Generously brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, ensuring every inch is covered.
Cooking
  1. Broil the Lobster: Place the tails on a baking sheet and set them under the broiler. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
  2. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the oven, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

For a festive twist, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the lobster before broiling for a crunchy topping. Add a splash of white wine to the butter mixture for extra flavor. A dash of cayenne pepper in the butter adds heat.
