  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup Olive Flour Mix with breadcrumbs or use almond flour for gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast Adds a cheesy flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your cauliflower into bite-sized florets, making sure they are roughly uniform for even cooking.
Batter Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring every piece is thoroughly coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. While the cauliflower is baking, combine Buffalo sauce with melted vegan butter in a bowl.
  3. After 15 minutes, toss the cauliflower in the Buffalo sauce mixture and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Notes

These wings are best served hot. Pair them with crunchy celery sticks and a refreshing drink. They can also be reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness.
