- Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring every piece is thoroughly coated.
Cooking
- Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is baking, combine Buffalo sauce with melted vegan butter in a bowl.
- After 15 minutes, toss the cauliflower in the Buffalo sauce mixture and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
