  • 1 cup Milk Whole, 2%, or dairy-free alternatives can be used.
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded Sharp cheddar is ideal for flavor.
Chicken and Sauce
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or diced Rotisserie chicken is great for saving time.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce For a zesty kick.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds extra depth of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, allowing it to soften and blend with the melted butter until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Slowly whisk in the milk, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  2. Add in the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finish the Dish
  1. Gently fold the cooked pasta into the cheesy buffalo concoction until well-coated.
