Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
Sautéing the Garlic
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned.
Mixing with Pasta
  1. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it with the sautéed garlic.
  2. Tear the burrata cheese and mix it into the pasta, allowing it to melt slightly.
Serving the Dish
  1. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and top with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For best texture, it's advisable to enjoy the dish fresh, as burrata is creamiest when just made. Reserve pasta cooking water for adjusting sauce consistency.
