  • 1 medium Onion (yellow) Brings depth to the dish.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh) Adds aromatic flavor.

  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning A blend of spices for flavor kick.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper To season the dish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking until they soften, around 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, stirring frequently.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring well to ensure every noodle is coated with that delicious creamy sauce.
  7. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Plate the pasta and top with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.
