Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a bit of cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top, ensuring every bite will be filled with that cheesy goodness.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, and the casserole is heated through.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
