Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by heating a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season your chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan. Sear until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat and add minced garlic to the pan. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Once cooled slightly, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken, Greek yogurt, and spinach until well combined.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay your whole wheat wraps flat and evenly distribute the cheesy chicken mixture on each one.
  2. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese generously over the mixture.
Grilling
  1. Roll your wraps tightly, placing them seam-side down in the skillet.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the wraps are golden and the cheese is gooey.

Notes
