Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 ounces Pasta Penne, rotini, or fettuccine works beautifully.
  • 2 cups Chicken Breast Cooked and shredded; rotisserie chicken is a great shortcut!
Sauce Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened for a rich, creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a silky sauce.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated; don’t skimp on quality!
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced; fresh garlic is a game-changer!
  • to taste Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning) For added flavor.
Optional Vegetables
  • Spinach, Broccoli, or Bell Peppers For a nutritious touch; frozen veggies can be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook your pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (around 1 minute).
Making the Sauce
  1. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until it melts.
  2. Gradually add the heavy cream, stirring continuously to achieve a smooth, velvety sauce.
  3. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and seasonings until the cheese melts into the sauce completely.
Combine and Bake
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and any optional veggies.
  2. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the mixture, ensuring every piece is coated.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), transfer the mix into a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Serving
  1. Let it cool slightly, then serve hot, paired with a fresh salad or crusty bread.
