  • 12 ounces Farfalle Pasta Or your favorite pasta shape like penne.
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade or store-bought. For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt with a splash of milk.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened Add richness; try low-fat for fewer calories.
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Plus extra for topping; use any melting cheese you prefer.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated For an extra punch of flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic is lovely if you have it.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.
  • Fresh Parsley For garnish (optional).

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce mixture, folding gently until everything is coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley, if using.

Notes

You can add veggies like broccoli or peas for extra nutrients. Fresh herbs like thyme or basil can enhance flavors. For a spicy version, add crushed red pepper flakes.
