- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until bright green and tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch mixture. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
- Allow everything to simmer for an additional 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Remove from heat and serve over steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
Fantastic as leftovers; refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze for 1 month. Reheat in the microwave or pan.
