Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken and marinara sauce into the skillet, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Toss everything together until coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top it with the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Add veggies like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition. Use crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread.
