  • 1 pinch Pinch of sea salt Enhances sweetness and deepens the chocolate flavor.
Optional Toppings

Preparation
  1. Mash the bananas in a medium bowl until mostly smooth with a few small chunks for texture.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until glossy and combined.
  3. Fold in the quick oats, chocolate chips, and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, form rounds and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Add toppings now — sprinkle chopped peanuts or lightly dust with cocoa powder.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set, or freeze for 10–15 minutes.
  7. Serve on a plate, maybe with a cool glass of milk or a steaming mug of coffee.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer keeping, freeze in a single layer then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or enjoy straight from the freezer.
