- Collect the turkey drippings into a measuring cup, skim off excess fat but save some for flavor.

Cooking
- Gradually pour in the reserved turkey drippings while whisking to incorporate.
- Gradually whisk in chicken broth to prevent lumps and continue cooking, whisking often, until gravy thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
- Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
Serving
- Pour into a gravy boat or directly over turkey and sides, and serve.
Notes
