Method

Cooking Pasta
  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente (usually about 8 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Preparing Bacon
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Allow it to drain on paper towels before crumbling it into pieces.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced turkey, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Combining and Serving
  1. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture, gently folding to combine until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. The pasta salad tastes even better the next day as the flavors deepen and meld together.
