  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of milk and 1 package of pudding mix. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for about 2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  2. Gently fold in 1 container of Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Optional: Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for an aromatic boost.
  4. Give it a taste—adjust flavors if desired, adding a bit more pudding or vanilla until you're satisfied with the sweetness.
