  • 1 tsp garlic powder For depth; you could also use freshly minced garlic for an aromatic boost.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential to balance flavors.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For that satisfying crunch on top. Whole wheat breadcrumbs can be a healthier choice.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your cooked chicken, cottage cheese, half of the shredded cheese, broccoli, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs, then sprinkle this mixture over the chicken blend.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.
