Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing through the middle, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the stuffed breasts in a greased baking dish, seasoning the outside with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center (reaching an internal temperature of 165°F).
- Allow to cool slightly, remove toothpicks, and slice to serve.
