  • 1 cup Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, chives) Add vibrant flavors and brightness.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For a hint of warmth and depth.
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season the filling and enhance the flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing through the middle, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place the stuffed breasts in a greased baking dish, seasoning the outside with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center (reaching an internal temperature of 165°F).
  2. Allow to cool slightly, remove toothpicks, and slice to serve.
