Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breast, seasoned with Cajun spices, and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Making the Sauce
  1. Stir in minced garlic and diced bell peppers. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant and peppers are tender.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese. Stir well and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combining Pasta and Sauce
  1. Add the cooked pasta and spinach to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.
