- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- To the pot, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts completely into a creamy goodness.
- Fold in the cooked orzo, sautéed shrimp, and fresh spinach into the sauce. Stir until evenly coated, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with more Parmesan or fresh herbs like parsley before serving.
