Method

Preparation
  1. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil, then add the seasoned chicken. Cook at 380°F for about 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas in a pan for a few seconds on each side until they are pliable.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked through, take a warm tortilla, add a portion of chicken and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. If using veggies, add them now too.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly, ensuring to keep all the filling inside.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes at 380°F until crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and then slice in half to reveal the melty mozzarella inside.
