  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts, cut into strips Fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or regular) For crunchy coating
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten; can use flax egg for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Can be omitted for dairy-free version
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut your chicken breasts into strips and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Cooking
  1. Dip each chicken strip into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Once cooked, serve your tenders with a side of honey mustard or ranch dressing.

Notes

Feel free to personalize your chicken tenders with spices or dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days or freeze them.
