- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey (or chicken), breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the Buffalo sauce. Use your hands to mix until just combined, avoiding over-mixing.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
- Spray your Crock Pot with cooking spray, then gently place the meatballs inside.
- Pour the remaining Buffalo sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or on high for 2 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
Serving
- Serve warm, perhaps alongside celery sticks and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
Notes
Add shredded cheese for a cheesy twist, increase Buffalo sauce for more heat, or mix in fresh herbs to enhance flavor.
