Ingredients

For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey or Chicken Lean meat keeps meatballs healthy and juicy.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or seasoned, can use gluten-free if needed.
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder; vegan substitute can be used.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder Enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder Enhances the flavor.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce Choose your favorite brand or homemade.
  • 1 pack Ranch Dressing Mix Can use pre-made or homemade.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey (or chicken), breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the Buffalo sauce. Use your hands to mix until just combined, avoiding over-mixing.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
  3. Spray your Crock Pot with cooking spray, then gently place the meatballs inside.
  4. Pour the remaining Buffalo sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or on high for 2 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, perhaps alongside celery sticks and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Notes

Add shredded cheese for a cheesy twist, increase Buffalo sauce for more heat, or mix in fresh herbs to enhance flavor.
