- Lightly coat your Crock Pot with cooking spray.
- Pour half the marinara sauce at the bottom.
- Add the frozen meatballs and sprinkle with minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Layer the cheese tortellini over the meatballs.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the tortellini.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir gently to combine, then serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Notes
This dish is great with gluten-free tortellini. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. You can also stir in heavy cream for a creamy version.
