Main Ingredients
  • 24 ounces Frozen Meatballs Use your favorite brand or homemade.
  • 12 ounces Cheese Tortellini Fresh or frozen works well.
  • 24 ounces Marinara Sauce Choose a good quality sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh is preferred.
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly coat your Crock Pot with cooking spray.
  2. Pour half the marinara sauce at the bottom.
  3. Add the frozen meatballs and sprinkle with minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  4. Layer the cheese tortellini over the meatballs.
  5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the tortellini.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  2. Stir gently to combine, then serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Notes

This dish is great with gluten-free tortellini. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. You can also stir in heavy cream for a creamy version.
