Preparation
- Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place the seasoned chicken into the bottom of your Crockpot.
Cooking
- Pour the heavy cream over the chicken, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, boil the fettuccine according to package instructions and drain.
- Once the chicken is tender, shred it right in the Crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in the cooked pasta until well combined.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze portions in freezer-safe containers for up to 2 months. Let the dish rest for about 10 minutes after cooking for better flavor absorption.
