Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and add minced garlic evenly.
  3. Pour chicken broth and heavy cream over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, shred it in the crockpot using two forks.
  7. Stir in cooked fettuccine and grated parmesan cheese until combined and creamy.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the recipe by adding vegetables or trying different proteins. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
