Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crockpot, ensuring they create a nice layer.
  2. Sprinkle in the minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
  3. Carefully add the chicken broth and heavy cream until the chicken is completely covered.
  4. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing gently.
Cooking
  1. Cover the Crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it right in the pot with two forks.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce.

Notes

For added indulgence, mix in some mozzarella cheese before serving. You can include steamed broccoli or spinach for more nutrition. Red pepper flakes can add a spicy kick.
