- Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and stir it into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
Add veggies like broccoli or bell peppers for a one-pot meal. Spice it up with red pepper flakes.
